12 afk ppl around bindstone
noone at clan chat

we will not hold this city for too long if situation described above doesnt change

You are right, but finding US cover is very hard as everyone wants it

the sooner they implement a seige timer the better

your city should be invunrable for a certain amount of hours per day.

So maybe 6 hrs out of every 24 hrs your city is invunerable, these times are available for all to see.
